About
I am a registered nurse with an interest in supporting learning and learners in clinical practice. I have worked at Kingston university since 2015. Prior to this I had a number of posts in clinical practice that included; a clinical practice educator, a Trust lead for student nurse placement and a lecturer practitioner.
In my current role I am course lead for the Nursing Associate Foundation Degree. I also module lead within the FDHCP and personal tutor to year 1 and 2 nursing associates. Through these different roles, I not only have the opportunity to teach on and coordinate modules, but to also support the students studying on the different programmes. I am link lecturer for MSc, BSc and FD students.
My clinical experience has been in a variety of medical and surgical wards.
