AVSH Scholarship
Do you have an offer to study either a Business Management BSc (Hons) or International Business BSc (Hons)? You could be eligible for the AVSH Scholarship. Find out more here.

What is the AVSH Scholarship?
ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ graduate Gurman Hundal is offering a scholarship for a student studying either Business Management BSc (Hons) or International Business BSc (Hons).
The scholarship will include four years’ tuition fees for a home student (including a placement/'sandwich' year) and bursary support of £5,000 per year of study. These funds can be used towards living expenses. The successful scholar will also be supported by ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ's placement team to help them find a placement.
Gurman established the AVSH Scholarship – named after his sons – to promote equal access to higher education for those from a care experienced, estranged or young carer background.
About Gurman Hundal
Gurman graduated from ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ in 2005 with a BA in Business Studies. He then began his career at the pan European ad network, Adlink Internet Media, where he had completed a placement as part of his degree.
Just six months after joining, he launched the company's performance division and honed his expertise in ad tech, analysis and optimisation. Gurman subsequently led the establishment of online ad network A&NY Media for publisher group Associated Northcliffe Media. He also co-founded MiQ in 2010. Under his leadership as CEO, MiQ has maintained a 95% employee retention rate, more than twice the industry average.
Gurman speaks regularly with ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ students on the benefits of studying on a placement year and is a passionate advocate for improving social mobility and access to education.
